The majority of us teachers have noticed that our students cannot effectively absorb knowledge. How often have you heard “I can’t learn that!” usually accompanied by frustrated sounds or the more common “I have been studying all day but can’t remember a thing!”? I have tried times and times to explain to my students that time is not the most important factor when studying at home but the way you study is what matters the most and what will actually help you understand and learn the assigned material.
Besides the basic tips such as study in advance and revise before the lesson or study in a quiet environment where you can focus here are some other important tips you can share with your students on how they should study.
